There is a direct connection between your hands and your vision! Check this out - stare ahead and make tight fists with your hands, then relax your hands. Your peripheral vision is wider when your hands are relaxed.

Your collarbones can move in 6 different directions! Forward, back, up, down, and they can twist up and down too. They’re a big reason why your arms can do all the cool things they can do.

The bones and muscles of your feet create a tripod shape in standing and walking! Three points make the deepest contact for stability -the center of your heel, the ball of your foot by your 4th toe, and the ball of your foot between your 1st and 2nd toe.

Your dominant hand is the dominance we talk about most, but there are others! You also have a dominant foot, a dominant eye, and a dominant lung.

There’s a common misconception that ribs move like an accordion, but they actually move more like bucket handles! They each attach to your sternum in front and your spine in back, the way the ends of a handle are attached to a bucket, and they flip up when you inhale and down when you exhale.
