Private Sessions
Private sessions are ideal if you have a specific issue or acute pain. You and I get the opportunity to sit down and talk about what is going on in your body, and each session is tailored to your specific needs that day. Feldenkrais® sessions and Craniosacral sessions are both available, and I often incorporate both modalities in a session. I work with adults and teens.
Private sessions happen on a chair-height comfortable, padded table while fully clothed. New client sessions are 75 minutes, and returning client sessions are 60 minutes. What you might experience during a private session varies person to person and session to session.
Feldenkrais Functional Integration® Sessions
Through a combination of gentle, non-invasive, informative touch and verbal questions and instructions, we’ll explore how you move. I will help you bring awareness and new movement to blind spots that are causing you discomfort. By unpacking the details of what's causing your discomfort, you are given useful information and tools to let you take control of how you move so you can be more comfortable. These sessions might happen in a variety of positions - lying on your back, side, or stomach, seated, or standing up. During a session, some people can feel dramatic changes in how they hold themselves as they happen. Some fall asleep. Some feel like barely anything is happening until they sit or stand up and find they have a completely new way of moving available. I always give "homework" after a session to help changes stick. Craniosacral Therapy Sessions
Using gentle, non-invasive touch (no more than the weight of a nickel), I give your body a chance to heal itself by bringing your nervous system's attention to places of tension and holding. Through attention and time, deep fascial releases allow your body to self-regulate and come back to neutral. These sessions happen lying on your back or your side. During a session, some people notice small movements, twitching, or changes in their breathing, which are common signs of release. Some fall asleep or feel like they’re dreaming while awake. Some barely feel anything until they stand up feeling more balanced or energetic. After you leave, your nervous system keeps processing the work, and changes can keep happening for up to a couple of weeks. You can learn more about Craniosacral here.

One session is a great way to get a sense of how we can work together, while weekly sessions build on each other and deepen learning. I recommend 3-6 weekly sessions to start for most people. Following those, it could be appropriate to come in weekly, every other week, monthly, or simply as needed. You can schedule online here.
Private Session Rates (effective 10/1/2023)
1 session: $130, sliding scale available upon request
3 sessions: $375 ($125 each)
6 sessions: $720 ($120 each)
I accept cash, checks, and cards, including HSA and FSA. I cannot accept health insurance, but reimbursement from your insurance plan is sometimes possible. Please request a superbill at the end of your session if you want to try. For car accidents, I do not bill car insurance directly, but I will provide you with superbills so you can get reimbursed.

Cancellation Policy
Please allow 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged in full, with exceptions for illness and emergency.
